Georgia's Greek Restaurant: Music resumes Saturday September 25
Hank, Cathie, and Yanni play Greek music at Georgia's Greek Restaurant 7pm to 10pm or so, at 323 NW 85th St. in Seattle's Greenwood neighborhood. Call 206-783-1228 for reservations ~ usually a good idea. We have bellydancing, everybody dancing, all ages welcome, and STILL no cover! Kafe Neo in Edmonds every Sunday including July 18, Hank and Yanni duo on July 25, NO MUSIC August 1, full band for the last Sunday this summer, August 8th.
Hank on bouzouki, Yanni on guitar and singing, and Cathie on fiddle play at Kafe Neo from 6:30pm. to 9pm. Located at 21108 Highway 99 in Edmonds (425) 672-3476, really not so far ~ take I-5 to 220th Exit, go west a few blocks to Hwy 99, and north a couple of blocks. Look for the restaurant on your left. A full remodel and new menu are gathering raves from locals. The food is wholesome classic Greek traditional cuisine plus American favorites, and very reasonably priced. There is no cover, all ages are welcome. Room to dance. Everybody likes it that way.
Hank and Cathie are playing and teaching Greek music again at Lark in the Morning July 30 - Aug. 7 See larkcamp.com Lark Camp is in the lovely Mendocino Woodlands, in N. Calif. There are many lodging, camping, eating possibilities, dozens of workshops and jamming round the clock. Lark is way way too much fun.

Friday Nov. 12 The Maple Leaf Quartet (Cathie, Laurie Andres, WB Reid, and Tony Mates) play for Waltz Night at Sonny Newman's.
Camps: Cathie and Laurie Andres with Bob McQuillen on piano, are on faculty at Ashokan Northern week July 25 - 31 http://www.ashokan.org/ashokan/campnw.shtml Truly a marriage of the finest dancing and the greatest dance music, Ashokan is the peak week of the summer for dancers and musicians coast to coast.
