Hank and Yanni (Grecian Sounds) play Greek music at Kafe Neo in Edmonds every Sunday from 5:30pm til 8:30 pm, at 21108 Hwy 99 in Edmonds.

It's not so far - Take I-5 to 220th exit, go west a few blocks to Hwy 99, and north a few blocks. Kafe Neo is on the left. Food is wholesome classic Greek and very reasonably priced. Every 4th Sunday except in May (see you at Folklife!) there is an open session led by the Rhythm Rollers (Cathie, Laurie Andres, and WB Reid) 6 to 9pm at Couth Buzzard Books, 8310 Greenwod Ave N. Thursday May 16 Rhythm Rollers with Bob McQuillen on piano (Peterborough, NH) play the Lake City Contra Dance with Lynn Ackerson (CA) calling.. Bob is 90 years young this year so it will be an exciting reunion of dynamite musicians and great calling. Thursday May 23 Contra Goes Global at the Lake City Contra Dance, with David Kaynor, maestro of callers leading the fun. Four bands play music from the Middle East, Romania and Serbia, China, and the E. European Klezmer tradition for some real dancing excitement!.
